For a gift to the area of most need deemed by Duchesne College:

"I give (my whole estate) or (specific percentage of my estate) or (specific assets) or (the residue of my estate) or (the sum of $______) to Duchesne College, ABN 79 400 739 310, for its distribution to the area of most need as permitted by their Deductible Gift Recipient status. I declare that the receipt of Duchesne College shall be sufficient discharge to my executor/trustees."

For a gift for a specific purpose at Duchesne College:

"I give (my whole estate) or (specific percentage of my estate) or (specific assets) or (the residue of my estate) or (the sum of $______) to Duchesne College, ABN 79 400 739 310. I express the wish but without creating any binding trust that if practicable this gift be applied towards (the Bursary Fund or the Building Fund). I declare that the receipt of Duchesne College shall be sufficient discharge to my executor/trustees."
